1. Quick single-card entry
Create one card immediately, or use the bulk CSV/Excel import below. The sample preview is only a demo until you enter your own details.

2. Import records
Import CSV or Excel records. Processing stays in this browser; this page does not upload records or photos. For Excel import, the spreadsheet library is loaded from a public CDN, so an internet connection is needed for that feature. CSV import works without that library.
3. Card design
Standard PVC size follows ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1. Custom paper/badge sizes are provided for layout flexibility.
Use column names from your CSV/Excel file. Add any custom columns to your spreadsheet, then list them here. Field labels are generated automatically.
Use a photo_filename column matching each image file name. You can select multiple images or one ZIP containing images. ZIP extraction runs locally in your browser. Missing photos will be shown as placeholders.
Photo clarity: Original selected photos are used directly for preview/printing. Avoid screenshots or low-resolution images. In the print dialog enable Background graphics and choose the highest available print quality. A browser cannot restore detail missing from the original photo.
4. Live preview & A4 sheet
Preview updates automatically when you change a design option. Select any valid record to inspect the front and back.
Enable drag-to-position, then drag Name, Class, ID, Address and other field labels directly on the card preview. Positions are kept for this page session and applied to print output.
For 200–500 records, import a clean CSV/XLSX and select a ZIP of photos. Match by photo filename; file processing stays in this browser.
Before you use Bulk ID Card Studio
Before using Bulk ID Card Studio, start with a clear image and check the intended dimensions, file format, crop, and quality settings. For passport, identity, signature, or official submissions, confirm the receiving organisation’s current photo size, background, and file-size rules before relying on the output.
Check the result
Open the result and inspect its dimensions, crop edges, orientation, clarity, and file size. Repeated JPEG compression can reduce quality; use the original when trying a different setting.

Which image formats can I use?
Use only the formats listed by the workspace; browser support can differ by format.
Why does the output look different?
Review crop, aspect ratio, output format, and quality settings, then try again from the original image.
Is the result automatically accepted for official use?
No. Requirements vary by organisation and application; verify the current official specifications yourself.
Privacy reminder: Do not use confidential or personal files unless you are authorised to process them and are comfortable with the tool’s processing method. Keep a backup of important source files.
