Bulk PIN, IFSC & PAN Checker
Upload an Excel (.xlsx/.xls) or CSV file. The tool detects likely columns, checks PIN/IFSC/PAN formats, and optionally checks PIN and IFSC against public lookup services.
1. Upload spreadsheet
New here? Download sample Excel file, fill your own PIN / IFSC / PAN values, then upload it below.
Expected column headers include PIN, PIN Code, Postal Code, IFSC, IFSC Code, PAN or PAN Number. The file is read locally in your browser.
What the result means
- Format valid: the value matches the standard character pattern; this alone does not prove the record exists.
- Lookup found: the public reference API returned a matching PIN/post office or IFSC record.
- Lookup unavailable: the API did not respond or blocked the request. It does not automatically mean the code is wrong.
- PAN format valid: basic PAN structure only (five letters, four digits, one letter). No government database validation is performed.
Before you use Bulk PIN, IFSC & PAN Format Checker
For Bulk PIN, IFSC & PAN Format Checker, paste or enter only the text you intend to process. Review line breaks, quotation marks, spaces, punctuation, and character encoding before running the operation. If the text contains secrets, credentials, or personal information, use a harmless sample instead.
Check the result
Compare the output with the input and confirm that no characters, line breaks, or values were lost. For JSON, code, identifiers, or encoded text, validate the result with the system that will consume it.
Common questions
Why does the output look unchanged?
The selected operation may not change text that already meets its rules; check the input and options.
Can this guarantee that code or data is valid?
No. Formatting or conversion does not replace validation in the target application or environment.
How do I recover the original?
Keep a copy before processing and compare it with the output before replacing your source.
Privacy reminder: Do not use confidential or personal files unless you are authorised to process them and are comfortable with the tool’s processing method. Keep a backup of important source files.
